Terms of Service

GridLens is a grid connection data intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from the National Energy System Operator (NESO) and UK Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). We transform this data into searchable, scored, and structured intelligence for renewable energy developers, investors, and analysts.

By accessing or using the GridLens platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

You may use GridLens for lawful commercial purposes related to your business activities. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence GridLens data without a separate written agreement
• Scrape, mass-extract, or systematically download data from the platform
• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

The GridLens platform, including its design, scoring models, risk algorithms, and proprietary analytics, is the intellectual property of GridLens Technologies Limited. All rights are reserved.

The underlying grid connection data sourced from NESO and UK DNOs remains subject to the terms and conditions of those respective operators. GridLens does not claim ownership of public-source data.

GridLens provides data intelligence for informational purposes only. We do not warrant that the data presented on the platform is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the GridLens platform at any time. We may also revise pricing or these Terms of Service.

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
